What are they made of?
Real wool felt, cotton, and leather cord. Each piece is handmade one at a time, so there are slight natural variations between pieces. That's what makes each one unique.
How big are they?
About 4 inches (10–11cm) tall. Small enough to clip to a bag or sit on a desk. Big enough to actually notice.
Are they just for adults?
FELTMORI characters are designed for anyone who loves stories. We recommend ages 15+ due to small parts, but honestly most of our customers are adults who aren't ready to stop believing in tiny magical towns.
How do I take care of them?
No water. Brush gently if dusty. Keep away from direct sunlight and damp. They're made to last — wool felt gets better with time, not worse.
Are new characters added?
Yes. New residents arrive with the seasons. There are also hidden characters that only appear under certain conditions. The town is always growing.
What if I can't decide which one?
Try our "Find Your Resident" guide on the site. Answer four questions and the forest will point you toward the right one. Most people say it's scarily accurate.
